Changes need to be implemented base on 2007 exco experience:

  1. . More flexible advance lessons structure, seniors need interact and help juniors more in beginner lessons, to solve the problems that seniors involving too many stuff at once.
  2. . Encourage members to purchase their own equipment for performing, to solve EML budget constraint.
  3. . Leave the option open to members that they are able to perform commercial tracks during concert, more variety in our concert.--Chentao 06:42, 30 January 2008 (EST)
