Attitudes towards electronic music

1. Compositions for the annual concert should be done so as to include other members inside, preferably a total of 3 people performing to foster collaboration and teamwork. - KK

2. EML members must be willing to experiment. Members should have the INITIATIVE to be INVENTIVE. –KK

3. Members should have the INTEREST to continue learning and developing new ideas and to move into new areas.

4. EML members are always open to giving and receiving fair criticism in music and all matters EML – Adrian

Attitudes towards the EML organization 1. Members should have the INTEREST to continue to support EML, in terms of sharing ideas, nurturing juniors, and so on. - KK

2. Exco to be committed to retain new members and build up a positive relationship with them. – Jeff

3. Members feel that they have something to learn or in some way benefit from us - TW

4. Studio is a nice place to hang out – TW

5. EML members should feel responsible for the future of the organization. – Adrian

Community attitudes

1. Members should understand the musical objectives of other members. This is to prevent any conflict of interests. – Jeff

2. Members should treat other members with respect and understanding. - Jeff

3. No one feels left out or ashamed of their skills or not having done much – TW

4. Have interactions with other student groups, especially from NUS. Like nustudios, radiopulze, cblc - TW

5. Alumni stay on to help/perform once in a while - TW

6. When a new exco is elected, have at least 2 existing members to stay on so that we learn from our past mistakes. – TW

7. All EML activity should be voluntary and not forced – Adrian

8. EML seniors should feel obliged to help juniors – Adrian

9. Members are open to sharing their music with the community
